I was raised in the small town of Harrisonville MO, and living in that small town I grew up with my mom, dad, and my two brothers. During our days in school we had a range of activities we really enjoyed doing, from playing football all the way to riding dirt bikes every weekend. I wouldn't trade those times for anything, and I definitely wouldn't be where I am today without those people in my life, so I am thankful. I grew up playing football and wrestling, but football has stuck with me and made the biggest impact on my life. I played football through high school and got a few offers from Division 2 schools, but just wasn't interested in playing at the college level. Still having love for football I decided to start coaching, which led me to getting a coaching spot at Saint Thomas Aquinas. Being that is where I graduated from, I am extremely grateful and lucky for the opportunity that coaching staff has given me. I've been coaching for 3 years now with both football and also strength and conditioning. I started learning weightlifting when I was 10 years old, and ultimately has made me the person I am today. I feel the true meaning of life is found in going through uncomfortable times, and fitness is one of the greatest teachers on how to get through those uncomfortable times while on the path to happiness.
The greatest gift to humanity is a teacher who is looking to help others grow into the best versions of themselves through all aspects of life, whether it be fitness related or not. I coach to express my love and my passion to others while on their journey of becoming the strongest versions of themselves, so that they may live the life they desire through love, passion, and discipline.
