Every new athlete must go through our initial assessment which is conducted by one of our certified coaches. During this assessment we will be analyzing strength, speed, coordination, balance and flexibility which will allow for us to create an individualized program for each athlete. Evaluations are done during normal class times to give prospective athletes the understanding of how a class will run.
This assessment is absolutely free! There are no strings attached and no obligations.
Each evaluation will take between 40-50 minutes. This entails running through our warmup, baseline testing, basic movement patterns and our recovery program. Our goal is to learn as much as we can about you so that we can individualize your program to YOU.
