My Coaching philosophy

‍

"I coach to help people maximize their athletic potential in an environment of respect, accountability, discipline, and selfless encouragement, believing that everyone I coach has the ability to positively impact the lives of many."

‍

why psp3 went remote

‍

For years, PSP3 meant athletes walking through our doors in Kansas City. As I worked more with teams and athletes outside the city, I kept seeing the same thing: talented athletes who wanted to get better but didn't have access to quality training. Where you live shouldn't decide whether you get good coaching.

‍

That's why I took PSP3 remote. Every athlete still gets an individualized program, the same attention to detail and the same standards I've brought to college athletes, pros and Team USA. Now that coaching reaches athletes anywhere in the United States, not just Kansas City.
