Our Youth Development Program is built for athletes that are ready to start structured strength and conditioning. Athletes in these classes are under the age of 14, where the main focus is to learn the foundational movements.
Creating proper movement patterns is extremely important as dysfunctional movement can lead to injury or slowed progress.
Each class participates in speed/agility, strength training and conditioning, focused on increasing strength, work capacity and proper running technique.
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. PSP3 is located and easily accessible from all of Overland Park.
